Children’s Rhymes Contest
I am more than happy to let you know this very morning, Wednesday May 19th 2021, from 8:00 am to 9:50 am, has been held the First Pax School “Children’s Rhymes Contest”, as part of the activities of the English classes for the 1st year of Childhood Education Training.
Four musical groups of students took part in this Oscar awarded contest, in a joyful and festive event where the groups have performed four traditional Children’s songs -rhymes- before a qualified jury made up of Ms. Lupe Ruiz, Ms. Sandra Larrea and Mr. Javier Oviedo, all of them teachers of the School.
Following the rules of the contest, all the four groups were given two chances to came out to the stage and try to seduce both the public and the jury with their chosen rhyme.
The participants have shown their creativity to dress themselves up for the occasion, wearing some hand-made colourful accessories which very much contributed, along with the all-shared excitement, to make the event an unforgettable moment.
The final winner has been acclaimed with a round of vigorous applause when the undisputed verdict of the jury was unveiled: “And the Oscar goes to…all of the participants!!”.
